—Viva Espana!: Sunday was a banner day for Spain. The men’s soccer team beat England to win its record fourth European championship while Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz beat Novak Djokovic to win his second consecutive Wimbledon tournament.

—Shrek, no!: A fifth Shrek film is in the works for the summer of 2026, with stars Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy and Cameron Diaz set to return. Yay.

Exactly who asked for this? Oh, let me guess: Those who are seeing dollar signs. Yes, the movie—which will likely have a Justin Timberlake cameo—will probably make a gazillion dollars. But is it worth it? Sigh…

—Assassination attempt opinions: Even though I’d vote for Donald Duck before Donald Trump, I am happy that he wasn’t assassinated at this rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
